7-day return window
You may return or exchange unused items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
How to return
- Email info@markar.in with your order number and reason.
- Our team will confirm and arrange a reverse pickup (within India).
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
Non-returnable
For hygiene reasons, innerwear, customised items and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it on priority.
